Hi all!

Well, I have just gotten back from formal in Nashville. It was so much fun! we had a great dinner at this place called big river, then we went on a 3 hour river boat!! I never realized how fun Nashville would actually be.

Unfortunately, since I was in Nashville all weekend, I got so behind in my studying! So for the next week I think I will be living at Wells. Just trying to really study for that last push of the semester!

It is getting so hard to focus with summer coming so soon. Especially since I have just started planning my whole summer. A week in Cancun, two weeks in paris, some time up in michigan, working, taking 12 credits at my local college and cubs games! I cant wait.

Trying to stay focused!!!!

Midterms

ugh I hate midterms, but what is so much worse is getting back the grades. I found out a bunch of them are curved so thats nice.

I can't wait for spring break! That is pretty much the only thing that has kept me sane during these tests. I miss Chicago so much! I'm not doing anything in particular, just seeing some high school friends and working at Lou Malnati's.

school ru(i)ns my life

Well I am only just getting around to doing my second post. I have just been ridiculously busy. i have TWO tests yesterday for Darwin Medicine and Mythology. And I had GP3 due for K210 last night. My past week has been allll studying. I am beyond relieved that all that is done.

Now I just have to write a 6 page paper for tomorrow and take a French test tonight.... :/

The library has literally become my 1st home. I am there more hours than I am in my dorm. Last night i was there from 6 til 2 in the morning. I hope it actually pays off...

But as soon as I turn in my paper tomorrow I will be stress free :) and I can't wait for the weekend. My boyfriends 21st birthday is saturday and I am beyond excited to give him his gift! It came in the mail yesterday and even though his Birthday is only Saturday, I may give it to him early cause I am far too excited! I am so bad at keeping surprises for people.

However, I did get a Bid at my friends fake frat L.O.L lambda omicron lambda :) the bid was in the form of a paper frog. awesome

ok thats enough for now, back to studying :/

first blog

So, this is my very first blog ever. I had no idea how long it would take me to make or if I would even be able to make one by myself. I am a very computer challenged person, friends have created my itunes and facebook for me because I could not figure it out. I set aside an entire hour of homework time to create this blog just in case... Turns out I only needed about 5 minutes.

My friends are all quite proud of me that I figured out how to do this by myself. Actually, my friends and family are. I have two sisters, and one blogs all the time on current events- generally in sarcastic tones.

I am actually really happy that This did not take the full hour. I have far too much french to learn after this and the extra time is much needed.It is amazing to me that in my french 100 class (beginners french) we are not allowed to speak english in class and our teacher will only speak french. It does not work out so well since we are all still learning how to say "hi".
